Grown Ups

NIGALA is committed to making a positive difference to each child that we represent.

  • Parents & Carers

The main duty of the Guardian (Guardian ad Litem) is to protect the interests of your child.  A Guardian is appointed by the Court and provides an independent view for the Judge.
They help to protect your child’s rights whilst ensuring that your right to family life is fully considered.  The right to a fair trial is also a key concern of the Guardian ad Litem.
